Bank BPH has chosen AVIA for its Krakow operations. FISHEYE was the landlord’s representative.

Bank BPH, member of the GE Group – the 4th largest company in the World, has signed on August the 30th 2013 a pre-lease agreement in the AVIA building in Krakow with the due move-in date in December 2014.

BPH will locate on 1 and ½ floors of AVIA its Krakow based operations, which were to date spread in several locations in the city. This move is part of the Bank’s strategy to consolidate its real estate in search for better performance.

The AVIA will provide, when completed, over 11 500 m2 GLA of office space. The building’s typical floor has over 2 400 m2 of GLA and is arranged around the central, green patio accessible to all tenants. Despite this fairly large floorplate, the depth of the office tract measured between to opposite external walls is just slightly above 13 meters, providing plenty of light to the interior. The building has been designed in accordance with A class requirements with particular stress on meeting the needs of Krakow’s booming BPO/SSE industry. The development will be completed in December 2014.

Avia is located in Krakow Park of Technology on Aleja Jana Pawła II – the part of the Krakow Special Economic Zone – and the largest by far office park within the Krakow city limits.
AVIA is being developed by joint venture of CA Immo – one of the leading real estate companies in Germany and CEE – and GD&K Group – renowned Kraków based developer. AVIA is exclusively represented in leasing by FISHEYE – the Kraków based real estate broker and consultancy company specializing in the commercial property market. Bank BPH has been advised in course of the transaction by the DTZ.
