The new tenants for Carpathia are: the law firm Chajec, Don-Siemion & Żyto, which rented almost 1100 m²; and the consulting firm Mc Stone, which will take an area of 840 m².

Carpathia Office House, of GD&K Group’s nvestment, is an intimate A Class office building, located in Warsaw’s Powiśle, not far from ul. Topiel and ul. Zajęcza. The building of about 4500 m² of rentable area will have 6 floors above he ground and 2 floors undeground, which will consist of a parking lot for 36 cars. The building’s handover date is planned to be in the beginning of 2015.

The Cracow-based agency FISHEYE and CBRE are responsible for the commercialization of the building.
