On the 10^th of February 2015 there was the official openning of AVIA A-Class Office Building. As of today two companies from GE Capital group are the tenants of the office part of the building, BPH Bank and GE Healthcare. On the groundfloor there is a restaurant from chain Olimp, which is highly frequented by those who work nearby.
