Project Description
Zabłocie Business Park is modern, A-class office park, which is currently developed by the Gustawa Herlinga Grudzińskiego / Zabłocie / Romanowicza Streets.
It is located in the up-and-coming neighborhood of Zabłocie – the non-central business district closest to Krakow’s city center.
Zabłocie Business Park, thanks to its location on a newly constructed fast tram line and expressway, provides excellent public transportation and vehicular accessibility.
Currently there are 2 of Zabłocie Business Park buildings developed:
Building A – offering ca. 11 274,05 m2 GLA of office space (including the retail space in the ground floor), which is currently under construction – the planned completion date is April 2017.
Building B – offering ca. 14 470,50 m2 GLA of office space (including the retail space in the ground floor) to be constructed in the second stage. Along the construction of this building it is possible to add a 4 floor, office skybridge connecting Buildings A and B on the floors 2nd through 6th resulting in the creation of typical, joint floor of Buildings A and B with the area of slightly above 4 300 m2 GLA on a single level.
Each of the buildings shall have a 2 level underground parking garage.
